摘 要：

Transcriptional regulation plays vital roles in many fundamental biological processes. Reverse engineering of gene regulatory networks from high-throughput transcriptomic data provides a promising way to characterize the global scenario of regulatory relationships between regulators and their targets. In this talk, we will summarize and categorize the main frameworks and methods currently available for inferring gene regulatory networks from gene expression profiling data. We overview each of strategies and introduce some representative methods respectively.

簡 介:

劉治平，男，教授，博士生導師，齊魯青年學者。2002年本科畢業于山東大學數學院，2008年獲中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院博士學位。曾在美國和日本從事博士后研究工作，2010年任中國科學院上海生命科學研究院副研究員，2013年至今任職山東大學控制科學與工程學院。目前主要從事生物信息與機器學習的教研工作，在Cell, European Heart Journal, Bioinformatics等國際知名期刊發表論文60余篇。
